Dreams - the window to your soul
Daydream, truedream, nightmare, lovedream... we all know one or the other way of dreams. It's clear today, that even embryos dream already.
On average we dream 90 minutes a night, without always being able to remember. So what's in a dream? Dreams are no nonsense, they make us realize things we have repressed or make us more aware of subconscious things - basiccally like an inner tidying up. You have certainly experienced that the exciting thriller from the night before happens again in your dreams, maybe even with you as leading actor or actress. Although you might wake up soaked in sweat, you quickly realize how to classify this dream. And if you think you belong to the group of people that NEVER dream, you can be absolutely sure that this is not true. You just cannot remember. That's too bad, as dreams can help us to cope better with our life, to realize or to solve problems, and they can be a real enrichment. Often our subconscious, our intuition doesn't manage to find the connection from our spiritual world to our 'awake' conscious. Maybe you don't want it - or you don't believe that there is such a sphere. But then the dreams might manage to find this connection. You dream - and you might be worried as you sense that the dream might have a meaning, but you don't know how to read the meaning.
