In my garden I have built a little barrow from
rough stones where I place a little food warmer candle at night along with a cup
of milk for the faeries. They feed on the essence of our food and drinks, you
should never eat anything that has been put outside for the elves. If your cat
drinks it, it will not be harmful, faeries and animal energies are very
close.
The personal Spirit Guide
Maybe you will meet a faerie who wants to work with you. You can meet her in a
quiet place outdoors. Sit down, relax and wait, you will receive answers. Don't
worry if you can't see the faerie - maybe you can hear, smell, feel her? We all
have different ways of perception, and none is better than the other. Animals
see devas and spirits, too, and they have not been taught to disbelieve - so do
take a close look if your cat stares at a rose bush or your dog wags his tail to
welcome someone you can't see. Once the contact with your personal spirit guide
is established, you can ask the faerie's name, and you can become friends for
