The Queen of Good Words

She sits in her grey plastic chair like a queen on her throne. Her worshipping fans are undemandingly waiting for a kind little nod from her that invites them to tell about their worries and to hand in small presents. A silver spoon, a goblet, flowers, or kissing her hand, the grande dame appreciates everything and seems to have all the time in the world. She is left untouched by the hectic of the big event where she is going to appear. It wasn't easy at all just to get near her with a tape recorder. "No interviews with journalists", I was told by the friendly lady of the publishing house, but then does allow me, that I can watch the world-famous lady in contact with the audience and ask a few questions.

How does this woman live, that became world-famous through the coping with her personal destiny, and who has sold more then 200 million books. Title like "You can heal your life", "Health for body and soul" or "Life" sell like hot cakes and have been translated in 23 languages. On her rare tours through Europe she is celebrated like a guru. 1500 people at her performance in Hamburg, 1200 in Munich, and every time thousands of books sold.
Louise doesn't need time to think about my questions about her day-to-day life. She has probably told the story a hunderd times. I'm lying in bed every morning with my eyes closed, and I am simply happy. For the night, in which I have had a good sleep, for the day, that lies ahead of me, for my four dogs, each of them having conquered a corner of my bed like a guard. Only if every person and every object, even the tomato in her garden have been thanked for, and have been provided with energy - this takes about 10 minutes - she gets up and goes to the bathroom. "I love you Louise, what can I do today to make you happy", She says to the woman in the mirror. The mirror image smiles back and is content with this loving treatment.
