Neptune

The planet Neptune is represents a higher octave of Venus and is the second furthest planet in our solar system. His influences are not quite determined yet, but one knows, that Neptune is influencing our emotional side, rather than the thinking and analytical mind. 
The current position of Neptune

Similar to Uranus, Neptune's vibrations are insufficiently assimilated, most of the time. Only his negative influences present chaos, confusion and uncertainty. Neptune didn't pass through the whole zodiac yet, so that there is no knowledge about Neptune's impact on some of the zodiac signs. Most people show, if Neptune is in a strong constellation, like in the corner fields of a horoscope, a heightened inner receptiveness, more sensitivity or are predisposed to the fine arts such as poetry or music.Neptune seems to be the planet of intuition, mystic, the connection with the transcendent.. Many people have a tendency to be clairvoyant in visions, daydreams and telepathy among other related fields. 

Sometimes it is just like a sixth sense, but in some cases these predispositions are highly cultivated in a person. In most people it is just the confusing or even destructive influence of Neptune, which shows, if the spiritual and mental side in a person is not matured enough. Neptune might lead then, to a psychology quiet phantasmic and a distraught mentality rooted in an unhealthy over-sensitivity. We can find then, various weaknesses of mind and emotion such as a tendency to abuse stimulants, narcotics, alcohol, nicotine drugs, heroin or morphine. This can reach from an inner willingness, to a stimulating heightening of the psyche, up to a total dependency and physical and psychological destruction. In other people we might find a liking of the occult, since a medial disposition is almost always present. Even deceptive sensations like hallucinations, anxieties, delirium and a double life can be the result of Neptunes influence. In general, without these extremes, Neptune brings about sensitivity, musicality and emotionality. Negative types are; becoming unreliable, phantasmic, deceiving, gossiping and are drawn towards theft and fraud, depending on the constellation. If someone is not even aware of his or her bending the truth, and shows off all the time, the Mercury-Mercury aspect might be impaired.

On the physical level, Neptune is associated with the solar-plexus and the pineal body. He can cause nervous disorders, epilepsy, alcoholism and mental disorders. In his highest realization, he leads to pure love, altruism and talent on the level of genius. In very rare instances though, we will find a person mature enough for these strong aspects of Neptune. Neptune rules the sign of Pisces, a water-sign, which is best suited for the subtle, fluctuating, extremely refined and hard to sense vibrations of Neptune. If the horoscope shows a high substance, Neptune can lead by the means of intuition to the highest realizations. If there is less substance, he brings about vague impression, which confuse rather than clarify. Part of modern art is influenced by a chaotic Neptune influence ( next to Uranus influences), which is the reason that mostly the chaotic, incomprehensible, adulterated shows up.One connection of Neptune is proven again and again; the relation to music and composition, and on a second level lyric and painting.In everyday life we find the alcohol trade, the nautical, tobacco industry and fishing strangely influenced by Neptune. Neptune can't be assigned too much significance in reading a horoscope, unless he shows extreme impairments in the aspects.
